In early October, 2007, Jerrod Shelton was diagnosed with a brain tumor.  On Oct. 11th, Jerrod had brain surgery.

He is a 2007 graduate from Lubbock Christian High School where he was Student Body President, and is currently a Freshman at Lubbock Christian University, Lubbock, Tx.  Jerrod is a strong leader, but most importantly, a man of God - having a deep faith and a sincere heart; Jerrod loves the unlovable,

cherishes the outcast, brings light in darkness, and holds strong to his faith and beliefs even in the mist of ridicule and pain . . . he is a teacher to us all.
